Are you working o­n a ministry project that isn't quite going the way you thought it would?  Don't quit or give up!  Remember Galations 6:9 --- And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

You may not know it, but many of the top executives at the search engine company Google, are also Stanford University graduates and therefore lecture at the university.  Below is a link to a video of such a lecture that briefly discusses morphing a sagging project.  That is, realizing that a lot of effort by good people has already gone into the project.  Therefore if you persevere and possibly adopt a slightly different perspective, success will come.
