Oh give thanks unto the Lord

For He is good, He is good

Oh give thanks unto the Lord

For He is good, He is good

For He is worthy, worthy

He is good, yes He is good

For He is worthy, worthy

He is good, yes He is good

We’ve come this far by faith, leaning on the Lord,

Trusting in His holy Word, He's never failed me yet.

Oh, oh, oh, can't turn a-round,

We've come this far by faith.

Just the other day, I heard a man say

He didn't believe in God's -Word,

But I can truly say that I have found the way,

And He's never failed me yet.

Don't be discouraged

When troubles come your way.

He'll bear all your burdens,

And turn all your night into day.

I love You Lord and I lift my voice

To worship You, O my soul rejoice

Take joy my King in what You hear

Let it be a sweet, sweet sound in Your ear

We exalt Thee, we exalt Thee

We exalt Thee, O Lord!

We exalt Thee, we exalt Thee

We exalt Thee, O Lord!

Love is patient, caring. Love is Kind.

Love is felt most when it's genuine,

But I've had my share of love abused,

Manipulated and it's strength misused,

And I can't help but give you glory

When I think about my story,

and I know you favored me because my enemies

Did try but couldn't triumph over me

Yes they did try but couldn't triumph over me

(repeat from beginning)

They whispered, conspired,

They told their lies (God favors me)

My character, my integrity,

My faith in God (He favors me)

Will not fall, will not bend,

Won't compromise (God favors me)

I speak life and prosperity

And I speak health (God favors me)

Yes!  Yes!  Yes!  God favors me!

Amazing grace shall always be my song of praise,

For it was grace that bought my liberty;

I do not know just why He came to love me so,

He looked beyond my fault and saw my need.

I shall forever lift mine eyes to Calvary,

To view the cross where where Jesus died for me;

How marvelous the grace that caught my falling soul,

He looked beyond my fault and saw my need.

We will fight and we will win

We speak victory to every trial we're in

We are overcomers by the blood of the lamb

No longer defeated, we're winners now

We always win

We always win

(No matter what may come my way, we'll always) WIN!

We always win

We always win

(No matter what the circumstance, we always) WIN!

We will fight

We will win

(Tenors) I’m victorious!

(Sopranos & Altos) I’m a conqueror!

We win!  We win!  We win!

We win!

When we approach God's Holy Table, we do so with respect and reverence for who God is. It is not done with noise, commotion, moving around, or confusion.  Please respect God by respecting His Holy Table.

The church acknowledges as its head, God, the Creator of all heaven and earth, Jesus Christ, the Son of God and the Holy Spirit the Comforter. It acknowledges as brothers and sisters in Christ, all who share in this confession.  It believes that all of those who are committed to building of God's Kingdom and strive to keep His commandments are invited to partake of the Lord's Supper and that all such, with their families, are invited to the Ordinance of Baptism.

I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead and buried. The third day he arose from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God, the Father Almighty:  from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead.  I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Church universal], the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sin, the resurrection of the body and the life everlasting. Amen.

I Corinthians 11: 23 – 34

Minister: For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you. That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread:

People: And when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, Take eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

Minister: After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, this cup is the New Testament in my blood: this do ye, as often as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.

People: For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do show the Lord’s death till he comes.

Minister: Wherefore, whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

People: But let a person examine themselves, and so let them eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.

Minister: For they that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to themselves, not discerning the Lord’s body.

People: For this cause, many are weak in [Faith] and sick among you, and many sleep.

Minister: For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

People: But when we judge, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.

Minister: Wherefore, my friends, when ye come together to eat, tarry one for another.

All: And if a person hungers, let them eat at home; that they come not together to this table, disregarding its purpose, and unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in order when I come.
