Sermon Text: Isaiah 40:25-31

“FIRESIDE CHAT” QUESTIONS”

1. What does it take to be an Eagle? and make our own history?

2. Being an Eagle means reclaiming our greatness as a people, how do we do that as a people?

3. Eagles of our African Heritage...  Who are some of our Heros & Sheroes?

4. Eagles never fly in flocks, always solitary or in twos. What does that say about our " making History"?

5. What does resilience look like for YOU?

6. Flying can be fearful, but what does authentic Faith do for your flying as an eagle?

7.What does it mean to stand your ground? If you can't stand, are you willing to walk, run, and pray?

8. Do you know the difference between a chicken and an eagle when you see one [a person]?

9. An eagle person is a person of power. What power do you bring to the table?

10. An eagle flies into the storm. What willpower you to "take flight"?

11.How do we encourage those coming after us to not be bound by the barnyard experience and fly, reaching their potential in Christ Jesus? To come out of our wilderness experience?
