British born, Patricia Ramsay moved to Jamaica with her mother and sibling at the age
of five. She attended an Anglican Church with her family and an experimental primary
school where there was an integration of physically challenged children being taught in
the classroom along with everyone else. This introduced to her mind an early realization
that everyone was not the same but could be related to equally and yield mutually
beneficial results. It also awoken a heart of compassion within her. At the age of 18,
Patricia left her traditional church and got baptized. She then joined Maranatha
Christian Church, a Charismatic Nondenominational Church, and looked for ways to
serve the people. She eventually became the Worship Leader and Personal Assistant to
her spiritual father and Pastor, Reverend Robert McIntosh.
Patricia migrated to the United States in 2012 and her love for people continued. She
joined Greater Framingham Community Church and offered her services. She was
invited to sit on the Board of Youth and helped with morning devotions before church
began. Patricia soon became Asst teacher at the Teen Church Services under the
leadership of Rev. Courtney Lackard and was also invited to sing with the worship team.
But Patricia never forgot Jamaica and in 2019 eventually founded a non-profit, Missions
of Virtue, Inc. Through this vehicle, she gives back to ladies in the inner city of Jamaica,
providing them with donations of personal items and clothing. Missions of Virtue has
also sponsored ladies to pursue higher education and / or register their small business
to help improve their standard of living. Patricia continues to serve in the church. She
has been married to Paul Ramsay for over 20 years and has three amazing sons.
