WE'VE COME THIS FAR BY FAITH

We've come this far by faith, leaning on the Lord.
Trusting in His holy word, He’s never failed me yet.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, can’t turn around.
We've come this far by faith.

YES, LORD, YES YES LORD, YES

Yes, Lord, yes, to Your will and to Your way
Yes, Lord, yes, I will trust You and obey
When Your Spirit speaks to me, with my whole heart I'll agree
And my answer will be yes, Lord, yes!

BLESS THE NAME OF JESUS

Bless the name of Jesus, Bless the name of Jesus
He's my rock, He's my fortress,
He's my deliverer in Him will I trust.
Bless the name of Jesus

Praise the name of Jesus, praise the name of Jesus
You're my rock, You're my fortress,
You're my deliverer In You will I trust
We praise your name Lord Jesus.

LORD, DO IT FOR ME

Lord, do it for me
Oh Lord, do it for me
Lord, if You don't do it
It just won't be done
So Lord, do it for me.

Lord, fix it for me
Oh Lord, fix it for me
Lord, I have a problem
That only You can solve
So Lord, do it for me.

LOOK AT ME I'M A TESTIMONY

Look at me, I’m a testimony
I couldn’t make it own my own
I’m not standing here all alone.
It was Jesus who gave me this opportunity
Look at me, I’m a testimony!

CHURCH THEME 2023
“Year of Miraculous Outpouring & Majestic Praise”
Exodus 15:6 , 11; Psalm 8:1; Psalm 29:4; Psalm 111:3; 2 Peter 1:17; Psalm 77:4
Matthew 11:20-2; Acts 19:11; Acts 12:28; 1 Corinthians 12:28; Hebrews 2:4

God is doing a new thing and taking us to a new level. He calls us to seek Him and will do miracles in our midst. This year we are praying for miracles in our lives, the lives of our families, and our Church family. As we pray and seek His face, we are going to give God Majestic Praise along the way. The songwriters said: I seek a miracle every day and I want to Praise Him.

Since Wednesday, May 17th, we have started the study of 1 Kings. The study picks up with David making Solomon king to succeed him on the throne. Solomon had mixed results, with his wealth and wisdom being known worldwide. He built palaces and cities, and a beautiful temple. -The house of the Lord did not match. But while on the throne, he also allowed idol worship to creep into the kingdom. And after his death, a civil war tore the nation in two. Successive kings were mainly terrible, and the prophet Elijah had dramatic confrontations with King Ahab, who could forget Jezebel on the scene.  Join us Wednesday nights at 7:30 pm.

 Thank You

What a Glorious day at GFCC on Sunday in these days of darkness.
Thanks for your leadership!  I spent time Sunday night standing with our brothers & Sisters at Temple Shir Tikva Pray for Peace!
- Rev. Lloyd

To Rev. Lloyd and the GFCC Church Family:

I would like to personally thank you for all the expressions of love, the kind words, the cards and gifts that I received from the Ordination Service last Sunday.  I am simply awe-struck by your acts of kindness and the steadfast relationships that we share as a church family.  For that I am truly grateful!  To God be the glory for the great things He has done in our lives, and I look forward to continuing this religious journey with you!

As I have said many times from the pulpit, if my arms were big enough, I'd hug you all!  Since they are too short, please accept my atmospheric hug with the essence of love and appreciation!  May the Lord bless you and keep you; may his face continue to shine upon and give you peace!

- Rev. Quincy Mosby
